I enjoy helping patients open up and share a bit about their lives and interests with me. I find that it helps them relax and enjoy their treatment and visits more. My duties include working at both the front desk and in the back assisting chairside.

My family includes my husband Robert, our three kids, and our dog. Away from the office, I enjoy cooking, baking, walking, going to Reds games and Bengals games, and reading good books.

It is a great feeling to develop personal relationships with our patients. From their first visit on, it is exciting to watch their personalities changes as they move through treatment and become more confident with their smile. At the office, I love helping people feel reassured and comfortable during visits both at the front desk and chairside.

My husband Greg and I just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. We have four children and one granddaughter. I love spending time with my family, reading, working in the yard, and cooking.

Getting to know our patients and their families is the most rewarding part of our office. I love the friendships that we build and watching the transformations in their lives. In addition to fitting braces and assisting chairside, I work in our lab fabricating fixed and removable appliances.

I have three children and have been married to my husband John for 23 years. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active through kickboxing and biking, and relaxing at the pool.

I love building lasting relationships with our patients. Helping create their smile and making sure they have a good treatment experience, along with seeing the finished results, always makes me happy. I work both chairside and as a lab technician fabricating fixed and removable appliances.

Away from the office I like to spend time with my family and friends. I also love gardening, baking, boating, going for long walks with my dog Bentley, and listening to country music.

I started working with Dr. Zettler in 1974 when our practice opened and loved it so much I never left. I enjoy working with different patients every day, getting to know them, and hearing about their lives. I love being able to answer any questions they may have about their treatment. My duties encompass scheduling, chairside assisting, and working in the lab.

When I am not at the office, I enjoy hanging out with my family. I am married to my husband Greg and we have five married children and nine grandchildren. I also love going out to eat, home baking projects, and swimming.

Front Desk Coordinator

I love getting to know, and building strong relationships with our families and patients. It makes it even better when I get to see their beautiful smiles at the end of treatment. My role is to make the treatment process enjoyable and easy, handling financial coordination, insurance applications, and other duties in our business office.

At home I enjoy every second with my son and daughter, my husband, and our two dogs. I love relaxing by the pool and spending time with family and friends.
